What is a Gap Filler?
TV broadcasting requires optimum and continuous coverage, but coverage holes are often created by mountains or tall buildings.
A Gap Filler receives the signal from the main transmitter, amplifies it and retransmits it on the same frequency — eliminating holes and offering uninterrupted coverage.

Echo cancellation
Since the Gap Filler transmits on the same frequency it receives, an "echo" from its own antenna can degrade the signal.
Our patented complex FIR system senses what the Gap Filler transmits, derives an error-correction term and applies it in real time to the received signal, in opposite phase — drastically reducing the echo for a high-quality transmission.
